Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Return process
Email sales@lupvar.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Wait for email approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send a return to the address on the original package.
Return shipping cost
For quality-related issues, Lupvar will cover the eligible return shipping cost and may provide a prepaid return label. For returns without a quality-related issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $50, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept items that show signs of use, installation, wear, washing, alteration, damage, scratches, dents, or missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or included parts. Final sale items, non-returnable items, free gifts, and downloadable digital products are also not returnable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or incorrect, email sales@lupvar.com within 24 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the package and product.
Refund timing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need another 8-15 business days to post the refund.
30-day price match guarantee
If the exact product you purchased from lupvar.com drops in price within 30 days of your order date, email sales@lupvar.com with your order number and a screenshot of the lower price. After verification, we may refund the eligible price difference. Price matching excludes clearance, final sale items, limited-time flash sales, holiday promotions, payment-method-specific discounts, and offers that have already ended.
