How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 0-2 business days. After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive tracking or the tracking page has not updated within 2-3 business days after shipment, contact sales@lupvar.com with your order number.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
What is the shipping fee?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders may ship with Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on destination and fulfillment availability.
Will my items arrive in separate packages?
Most orders ship in one package. If your order contains multiple items or fulfillment availability requires it, items may ship separately and one package may arrive before another.
Why was my package returned?
A package may be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an undeliverable address, failed delivery attempts, or carrier restrictions. Contact sales@lupvar.com with your order number so we can check the shipment and available options.
Why does tracking say delivered, but I have not received my package?
First check your mailbox, porch, side door, back door, garage area, building mailroom, leasing office, neighbors, or other household members. If the package still cannot be found, contact sales@lupvar.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help investigate with the carrier. If the case meets our replacement or refund conditions, we may offer a replacement or refund.
I still have not received my package. Where is my order?
Check your tracking link first. If the estimated delivery date has passed and your package has not arrived, contact sales@lupvar.com with your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment and next steps.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email sales@lupvar.com within 24 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help with the next available solution.
