Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

Most of the time will be shipped by one package. Some orders may ship in more than one package when items are fulfilled from different locations, have different preparation times, or need separate packing. You will receive an email notification when each package ships. If you received one package but an item is missing, email sales@lupvar.com with your order number.

Why can't I check out?

Common reasons include an out-of-stock item, an unavailable shipping address, payment authorization failure, or a temporary connection issue. Remove unavailable items, recheck your shipping details, refresh checkout, and try again. If it still fails, email sales@lupvar.com.

Where can I get my order number and check my order information?

Your order number is in the order confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout. After your order ships, you can also track it at Track Your Order with your tracking number. If you cannot find your order email, contact sales@lupvar.com.

Why was my order canceled?

An order may be canceled if payment fails, the shipping address cannot be verified, we cannot reach you about an order issue, or the item becomes unavailable. If a paid order is canceled, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Can I change or modify my shipping address or product?

For unshipped orders, email sales@lupvar.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address and product cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your order ships, email sales@lupvar.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the item is eligible, you may start a return after delivery.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer if inventory, payment, or address details need review. After your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

How long does it take for my order to deliver?

After your order ships, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery time can vary by destination, carrier conditions, and local delivery volume. Natural disaster factors due to tornadoes, blizzards, etc., may affect delivery time.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Your order may still be processing, the checkout email may be incorrect, or the message may have been filtered into spam or junk. Check your email folders first. If you still cannot find it, email sales@lupvar.com with your order number.

How do I check my order status?

Use the tracking link sent to your checkout email, or track your package at Track Your Order. If tracking has not updated within 2-3 business days after shipment, email sales@lupvar.com with your order number.

Do you restock sold out items?

If an item is marked as sold out, check the product page again over the next two weeks or email sales@lupvar.com for availability help.
