How long can I get the refund after return?

After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, approved refunds are usually processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need another 8-15 business days to post the refund.

How do I apply for a return?

Email sales@lupvar.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the return reason. Wait for email approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send returns to the address on the original package.

Will I pay for the return shipping fee?

For quality-related issues, Lupvar will cover the eligible return shipping cost and may provide a prepaid return label. For returns without a quality-related issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $50, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

What should I do if my item or parcel is broken, not as described, or wrong?

Contact sales@lupvar.com within 24 hours after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the package, product, and exact issue. We will review the case and provide the next available solution.

Why is the refund not the same as the item price?

If your order used a coupon or discount, the discount is deducted from the refundable amount. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Where can I find the return address?

After your return request is approved by email, we will send the correct return address and return instructions. Items sent without email approval or instructions may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for refund.

What items can't be returned?

We cannot accept items that show signs of use, installation, wear, washing, alteration, damage, scratches, dents, or missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or included parts. Final sale items, non-returnable items, free gifts, and downloadable digital products are also not returnable.
